I’ve never experienced Hydronic Heating, I’ve only ever experience ducted heating in the past. Once I did a little bit of research, dPP came up and they nailed the job. There’s no doubt about that. Damien looked after me from the beginning, from the time I walked into the showroom. We went through a bit of a process, it was a bit of a tricky (installation) at this house.

One of the real luxuries of the hydronic heating is the fact that I can flick it on from my phone, and having a young family, young kids, I love the luxury of being able to set the temperature of the house (from my phone) and get home knowing that the house is ready and warm.

Even since the installation dPP have maintained contact and once a year the service team come out and service the unit to maintain the warranty. We’ve gotta make sure the systems ready for the upcoming winter.

I guess the experience I had with the team down at dPP was one of the greatest decisions I made in building this house.
